Revoking Your Consent to Data Processing
Several data processing procedures may only be implemented upon your express consent. You may withdraw your previously granted consent at any time. An informal message via e-mail is sufficient for withdrawing your consent. The legal entitlement to process the data up to the date of revocation shall not be affected.

Right to File a Complaint with the Applicable Supervisory Authorities
As a data subject, you are entitled to file a complaint with the applicable supervisory authority in the event of a Privacy Act violation. The applicable supervisory authority for inquiries regarding the Privacy Act Policy is the Data Protection Officer of the Federal State in which the company is headquartered.

Right to Data Transmission
You are entitled to request the data we automatically process based on your consent or for contractual fulfilment to be disclosed to you or transferred to third parties. The data will be provided in a machine-readable format. If you request the data to be transferred to a third party, it will only be implemented to the technically feasible extent.

Right to Receiving Information, Rectification, Blocking or Erasure
Within the framework of the current statutory regulations, you are entitled to receive information regarding your personal data, origin of the data, its recipient and the purpose of data processing and, if applicable, the right to rectification, blockage or erasure of this data, free of charge. With regard to the above mentioned matters, as well as inquiries regarding the personal data subject as such, you may contact us at any time via the contact information listed in the contact field.

Contact Form
Data submitted via the contact form, including your contact data, will be stored with the intent to process your inquiry or for availability in case of subsequent inquiries. Without your explicit consent, this data will not be forwarded.

The data entered in the contact form is processed explicitly based on your consent (Article 6, Paragraph 1 of the EU GDPR). You may withdraw your previously granted consent at any time. An informal message via e-mail is sufficient for withdrawing your consent. The legal entitlement to process the data up to the date of revocation shall not be affected.

Data transmitted via the contact form shall remain with us until you request deletion, revoke your content to store the data, or if the necessity to retain the data has expired. Mandatory statutory regulations, such as particular retention periods shall remain unaffected.

Newsletter
We will require your consent in order to send you our newsletter. We will require a valid e-mail address to send you our newsletter. Supplementary data will not be collected and providing such data is strictly voluntary. The data is used expressly for the purpose of sending the newsletter.

We use the newsletter software Clever Elements (http://cleverelements.com). Your data will be transferred to the Clever Elements GmbH. Clever Elements is prohibited from selling your data and/or use the information for any other purpose than sending the newsletter. Clever Elements is a certified German provider which has been selected pursuant to the requirements of the principle Privacy Act Ordinance and the Federal Data Protection Law.

The data entered for the subscription to the newsletter is processed explicitly based on your consent (Article 6, Paragraph 1, Point (a) of the EU GDPR). You may withdraw your previously granted consent at any time. An informal message via e-mail is sufficient for withdrawing your consent. The legal entitlement to process the data up to the date of revocation shall not be affected.

Data provided for subscribing to the newsletter will be deleted in the event you unsubscribe. In the event this information has been transferred to us for another purpose and/or from a different location, the data shall continue to remain in our possession.
