Impose more and significant points in the international rankings for equality, diversity and it’s representation in the professorships, deanships and senior university leaders!

In addition to the strategies, policies, research and commitments, invite the 17'000 Universities to go a step further, to take and to realise the equality of competences and in competences.

WHY: Because, not only international norms and some national regulations require the implementation of these fundamental rights of female / plural / multicultural subjects, but also for accreditation of academic institutions and for establishment and maintenance of:

• the safeguarding integrity in science and economy;
• the progress of education and research;
• the protection and maintenance of expertise and competences;
• the influences on social, economic and scientific progress.

HOW: Invite the global evaluators to take it in count. To give more and significiant points. In fact, among the three major global evaluators, only the Times Higher Education Ranking gives this theme a weight (0.9% of the total points of the evaluation).
