LEV Components Special Exhibition at Taichung Bike Week 2015

The LEV Components Special Exhibition will be on display from the 20th to 23rd October 2015 at Taichung Bike Week in Taiwan. It’s an informative platform from ExtraEnergy, presenting a variety of components for Light Electric Vehicles.

ExtraEnergy is staging the LEV Components Special Exhibition at TBW 2015 at its booth at the Splendor Hotel. Many products from component manufacturers will be on display, including batteries, motors and charging infrastructure. Visitors can also discover further details about the various manufacturers.
TBW has become well-established as the most important OEM event in the bicycle industry. Product managers from all over the world come together to make new business contacts and to brainstorm new ideas. In this context the LEV Components Special Exhibition is an essential part of Taichung Bike Week: it provides an excellent market overview, creates market transparency and is a valuable information platform for every TBW visitor.

Circa 50 exhibits are on show, including motors, various types of connectors, batteries, charging stations, battery exchange systems, sensors, control systems, displays, data loggers, lighting systems, reflectors, cables and bike sharing systems, right up to complete light electric vehicles.
Visitors can get more information about any of the exhibits from the ExtraEnergy team on site at the exhibition, as well as from senior staff from participating manufacturers, also on the booth.
The exhibition is an ideal opportunity for each visitor to get informed in person about the wide variety of LEV components now on the market. In addition, the latest version of the ExtraEnergy magazine will be available.
Visitors will find the ExtraEnergy booth at the Splendor Hotel, booth number 15F 1508, 1509 and in the Swimming Pool Area.

About ExtraEnergy e.V.
ExtraEnergy e.V. has carried out independent e-bike and pedelec tests since 1992. Since then the organisation has established itself as the most influential information, user protection and promotional organisation for light electric vehicles (LEVs) worldwide.
The founders realised from the start that these vehicles need to be experienced first-hand. Since 1997 the Test IT Track has been on the road, and today has three units for the Test IT Show. ExtraEnergy is also rooted at its test facility in Tanna, where 23 years of test reports and LEV history are on display at the LEV Museum.
Other services on offer include presentations and exhibitions at trade and public shows, plus information distribution with the assistance of correspondents worldwide.
Alongside our physical presence, www.extraenergy.org provides a treasure-house of information online. With support from the European Union and the IEA (International Energy Agency), in 2012 the Go Pedelec! Handbook was published in German, English, Dutch, Hungarian, Czech, Italian, Spanish and Chinese, including much new information and best practice studies for electric-assist two-wheelers.
As founding members of the EnergyBus and BATSO (Battery Safety Organisation) associations, ExtraEnergy is also active on both the ISO (International Standards Organisation) Standards Committee, with a focus on mechanical standardisation, and on the IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission), and so helps set safety and communication standards for LEVs worldwide.
