Most of the Medical Device Companies have performed a communication shift. They do no longer talk about features of products, but focus on the added value which products and services provide their customers.
Our client has created a holistic approach to transmit their whole Spine Portfolio. “With You Every Step of the Way” is a strong commitment towards the surgeon and highlights the business’ dedication to offer procedural solutions. MEDICALBOARD had the chance to lead the overall project of concept creation until launch and multichannel communication.
In this project MEDICALBOARD effectively and efficiently lead an interdisciplinary team of Product and Marketing Experts, Software Engineers, Artwork and Game Designers, Translation Agencies in accordance with J&J’s worldwide quality standards and local regulatory and legal requirements.

In a first step it was very important to consider the interest of different stakeholders. We aligned a team behind the defined objectives and evaluated the right topics for the target group. Furthermore we checked, if the delivered content fits the Business’ overall strategic goals and priorities.
In a second phase the technical interfaces were mapped in order to integrate successfully into the App. On one hand this has ensured the automatic update of information and on the other we were able to benefit from content of other digital platforms.
MEDICALBOARD thoroughly planned the different tasks like designing, content and translation management, programming and testing. This made it possible to lead the internal and external team members efficiently.

Launch and Multichannel Communication |

The Procedural Solutions App was launched on the biggest international Spine exhibition. The Spine portfolio was presented on tablets and at the same time customers could see and experience “With You Every Step of the Way” thanks to a unique booth concept.
The internal and external feedback was extremely positive and some main characteristics like being intuitive, flexible and interactive were highly appreciated.
MEDICALBOARD was responsible to transfer and roll-out the concept into all different internal and external communication channels. Together with an agency we created key visuals, icons and we developed key messages and master texts for mailings, flyers and other below the line activities. Furthermore we recommended multi-wave campaigns to achieve reasonable share of voice. |
