News 08/2019 – Application Process for #LINO20 Started

Even if this year's Lindau Meeting ended only some weeks ago, the preparations for the interdisciplinary 70th Lindau Nobel Laureate Meeting are already in full swing. Young scientists of all natural science disciplines will have the unique opportunity to meet Nobel Laureates for personal and scientific exchange. They can apply via ‘Open Application’ until 11 September 2019. Nominations by our academic partners worldwide must be submitted by 15 October 2019. We encourage talented young scientists to apply now for #LINO20. Spread the word!

To get a first-hand impression of the experiences in Lindau, have a look at our video featuring young scientist Margoth Córdova Castro and her journey to the 69th Lindau Meeting. We are also happy to present the new Topic Cluster ‘Light & Optics’ in our mediatheque. A spotlight is on female young scientists of #LINO19 in the interview series 'Women in Research' on our blog.

All the best,
