7^th GA Writing Retreat

From 1st — 6th September 2024, 22 members of the Graduate Academy and the Postdoc Center have the opportunity to attend our Writing Retreat at the St. Marienthal monastery. 

The Writing Retreat offers doctoral and postdoctoral researchers an opportunity to withdraw from the university's bustling daily routine and fully devote their time to the writing of academic texts such as their doctoral thesis or research articles.

Program

There is a daily schedule that structures your writing sessions. In addition, short inputs & writing advice, exchange in small groups, and individual sessions with a writing coach support you with your writing.

• Application form for the GA Writing Retreat (incl. a motivation letter and a provisional time and work plan for the Writing Retreat and/or overview of the texts you are planning to work on)
• Declaration of support for GA writing retreat of the supervisor resp. direct superior
