Registration and payment process

After you have finished your online registration you will receive a confirmation and invoice by eveeno. This registration service also provides the payment process, i. e. you will pay to eveeno by bank transfer, credit card or PayPal.

Allowed applicants

The Summer School is limited to 40 participants.

Please note that we can only accept bookings from current Master/Diplom students, PhD students or Postdocs who are affiliated to a higher education institution or a non-academic institution (e.g., Max-Planck-Institute, Leibniz Institute, Fraunhofer Institute). Participants who are employed by industry are not allowed.

Event language

Good knowledge of English is mandatory since all interactions will be held in English.

Registration fees

• 120.00 € for Students (B.Sc./M.Sc./Diploma/PhD)
• 160.00 € for Postdocs

Registration fees include:

• expert talks and presentations on current issues of microelectronics in research and industry
• lab tours at participating industry partners
• a high-level panel discussion with experts from academia and industry
• comprehensive documentation of some presentations
• a networking dinner with most of the DMA lecturers on 12 September 2024
• paid and organized transport within Dresden to most event locations
• a guided walking tour of Dresden

Cancellation policy:

Cancellations are only accepted in writing to dma1@tu-dresden.de. The date of receipt by the organizer applies.

• Until 12 August 2024: refund minus handly fee of 25.00 € is possible.
• From 13 August 2024: there will be no refund; invoice amount remains payable.
