Protection from respiratory infections in fall
With the beginning of fall, the number of respiratory infections increases. Simple tips on how to prevent colds, flu and covid-19. It is particularly important to strengthen your immune system with a healthy diet, sufficient sleep and exercise outside, to get the recommended vaccinations, to keep your distance from people who are ill or, if necessary, to wear a protective mask, to ventilate rooms regularly and wash your hands, and, in the event of illness, to take sufficient time to recover at home.
