WANDA
The Dresden district heating network comprises numerous structural facilities. These are regularly monitored and inspected to reliably evaluate the network's status and derive repair measures and renewal strategies.
The type and condition of a structural facility influence the cycle of the recurring status inspection. Due to the scale of the network and the dynamics resulting from variable conditions, the planning of the inspections is complex.
With the project partner SachsenEnergie , the project WANDA will analyze the overall inspection process and examine it for optimization potential. The current planning and inspection processes will be documented and processed in the first project phase. Particular attention will be paid to evaluating the underlying guidelines and standards and analyzing the existing data structures. Subsequently, possible improvement potentials for the overall process will be identified in a second project phase.
