Start of the summer semester 2022 – The current training year of the RLC Dresden has started its second training semester. External guests as well as already trained legal advisors of the RLC still have the opportunity to participate in the weekly trainings with exciting case presentations by students and guest lectures on topics such as family reunification, re-traumatization and the Härtefallkommission (Commission on Hardship Cases) – also online.
Recognizing and countering asylum myths – On March 19th, 2022, the RLC Dresden once again organized an online workshop. This time as part of the International Week against Racism. Using specific examples, the initiative raised awareness about myths on the topic of flight and migration.
Workshop planning – The RLC is pleased about the renewed invitation to create a contribution to the Intercultural Days Dresden. For this occasion, the initiative is now working together with the association Zeugen der Flucht Dresden on a new workshop concept for October 7th, 2022, from 5 to 7 pm.
Europe Day – On May 4th, 2022, the RLC organized a comprehensive program on the topic of migration in Europe for the tenth and eleventh grades at the Geschwister-Scholl-Gymnasium in Nossen. They were actively supported by the Zeugen der Flucht Dresden e.V. (Witnesses of Flight Dresden).
