Everything stays different

Here we go: Welcome to this first newsletter of the (not-so-brand-new) year 2023!

While the year has been so far rather gray, gloomy, and dreary, our springtime mood is starting to kick in.

For the upcoming 328 days, we wish you both plenty accomplishments and experiences to help you grow and courage and cheerfulness in abundance to carry on.

We're all ears

Are you doing your doctorate? Then you should participate in Nacaps. Your experiences will shape future decisions.

Mental overload!

Mental health is an issue that affects us all: crises, insecurity, constant stress, and at some point, our emotional resources are exhausted.

That's why it's essential to keep reminding ourselves that we are not alone with our worries and hardships.

Studies show that people who are aware of their resources, maintain good relationships, and schedule enough breaks and physical activity in their day-to-day routine can more easily manage stressful circumstances. But, of course, it's often easier said than done ...

So if you feel stuck and need help figuring out what to do, get help and talk about it.
We're here to help!
