News 04/18 – Programme of #LINO18

The programme of the 68th Lindau Nobel Laureate Meeting dedicated to physiology and medicine is now available online. The meeting will kick off with a key note address by Nobel Laureate Elizabeth Blackburn during the opening ceremony and will continue with lectures on the circadian rhythm by newly minted Nobel Laureates Michael Rosbash and Michael W. Young.

In addition to lectures, panel discussions, poster sessions and Master Classes, the programme features new formats including Agora Talks, Science Walks, a Life Lecture and Laureate Lunches. Throughout the week, participants will discuss themes such as personalised medicine, genetic engineering, the role of science in a 'post-factual era' and issues around scientific publishing practices.

We are looking forward to a diverse and interactive programme!

All the best,
