News 06/2018 – 68th Lindau Nobel Laureate Meeting Opened

On Sunday, the 68th Lindau Nobel Laureate Meeting has been opened with impassionate addresses by Countess Bettina Bernadotte, German Federal Minister for Education and Research Anja Karliczek and Nobel Laureate Elizabeth Blackburn, highlighting the importance of scientific dialogue and science-based policies to counter 'fake news'.

To start off the scientific programme, Michael Rosbash gave an engaging first lecture on the inner clock yesterday. You can find a video of this and all other lectures and discussions of #LINO18 in our mediatheque.

All the best,
